Re: Stat of the Day
I suppose most of the list are players from the last 5 or 6 years but i reckon the majority would still have averaged above 20 even on the parks pitches
These are the bowlers with career averages (10 wickets required) below 20.
Mervyn Morris, Brian Cartwright, Ed Day, Alan Rowan, John Bardsley, John Vickers, Laurie Boyle, Tony Piper, Charlie Lyons, Sat Singh, Bob Dyke, Mark Oley, Andy Dyke,Alan Last, John Hodgson, Alex Rich, Phil Walshe, Steve Morris, Rob Rolls, Justin Anstey

What?
Rob Rolls has got 10 qualifying wickets?
And to look at most in that list not many will have bowled on the flat tracks we bowl on today.
Just rechecked your list - where's Pedro, he must have an average to die for?

Re: Stat of the Day
and to be fair to the fielders only two fielders have taken their catches at a rate better than one catch every two matches (10 catch qualification) Ben Sadler and Justin Anstey - who in my opinion are the best two all round fielders to have played for the Doms.
It also means that Justin is the only player to appear in all three categories - not bad for a footballer!!!

The Doms have won six and lost six this season but Alex Rich (5/5 ) and Justin Anstey (4/4) have yet to be on the losing side

Re: Stat of the Day
We may actually see both at Weoley Hill!
Justin is looking into getting a babysitter and Alex said yesterday that he is available although he has said he is unavailable on the forum - hedging his bets maybe

Re: Stat of the Day
We have played Wednesdays opponents Weoley Hill CC on 15 occasions since the first game in 1995. We won on that occasion with Callum Cambell scoring 81* in his only appearance for the Doms. It remains the highest score for the Doms on debut. Our overall record reads won six lost nine.
