Who was it that said the bowlers dont skittle through teams? well this match proved that we can do, although it has to be said the wicket lent a hand. Good to see Alex charging in again. Looks a bit more stronger this season (weight training at his sisters gym?) and Rob getting amongst the wickets - about time to. Mark bowled one of his best spell for a long time but not getting any reward. It was all good to see.

The batting was hapless but some good accurate bowling on a wicket providing help undid most by it was good to see Stato back to his metronomic best and supported by Just who needed to provide Steve with some reliable support.

Again the fielding was sharp and no dropped catches to write about.

It was alos good to see Stuart using his newly aquired umpiring qualifications making some tricky decisions.

Great game, much better than thrashing teams.

A Last - well the skipper had many sleepless night over who to pair with Rolls. He walked in, moonball, swish, clatter, walk off - think again Pedro!. One great, instinctive catch. Not required to turn his arm over. Sad

R Rolls - a proper bowling spell from the Doms top bowler! - movement, bounce, swing, an intelligent change of pace! Has raised the bar and will need to keep producing this sort of stuff. Missed out with the bat but did get off 666 career runs! Doughnuts went down well but ruined the day slightly by going home early! cheers

J Hodgson - A quiet game for the big man. Rescued by Mrs Hodgys cakes! Wink

S Morris - Another 40 overs keeping the keeper company. Bit of a struggle with the bat but got the job done. Smile

T Perry - Commanding in the field. Nothing with the bat. Nice four pints of milk! Neutral

J Hickin - Good game behind the stumps with no byes conceded! Still out of touch with the bat but was at least trying to play the right shots. Smile

T Hickin - Contributed fully to another good team performance in the field. Poor shot selection Neutral

J Anstey Jn - Hasn't been fit enough to play apparently but is still as good as anybody in the field. Came in to bat at a difficult time and made an excellent contribution. Smile

M Hunt - Bowled well for no reward. Saw the team home with the bat, playing the spinner as well as anybody Smile

C Hunt - Tidy bowling display Smile

A Rich - Truly horrible first over but got an early wicket and settled in to an excellent spell Very Happy
